The platform may only be used by authorized school staff, parents, and guardians as permitted by participating institutions. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or interfere with platform performance. Ruleted Ltd may suspend access for violations of these terms.
4. Data Handling
Connected Parents is used only for its intended educational communication and administration purposes. The service does not share user data with third-party services for advertising, analytics resale, or unrelated commercial processing.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the software, branding, and content of Connected Parents are owned by Ruleted Ltd or its licensors. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
6. Availability and Changes
Ruleted Ltd may update, improve, or modify Connected Parents to maintain service quality and security. While we aim for reliable access, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruleted Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if users breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks security, compliance, or platform integrity.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Ruleted Ltd is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
